The ground floor is comprised of a central entrance hall, side entrance and back entrance, kitchen, sitting room, utility room, 3 bedrooms (1 medium, 1 large, 1 small) and WC under the stairs.
On the first floor there are a further 4 bedrooms (1 large ensuite, 1 large, 1 medium, 1 small) and a fully tiled main bathroom.
The house has gas central heating which is topped up via a prepay mechanism. Tenants must share the costs between themselves. 100 euros per tenant is required as an initial contribution to ensure that the gas is topped up for the house prior to arrival on the 1st of September.
