Large house within close proximity of University Of Limerick and all amenities including the Castletroy shopping centre.

The ground floor is comprised of a central entrance hall, side entrance and back entrance, kitchen,  sitting room, utility room, 3 bedrooms (1 medium, 1 large, 1 small) and WC under the stairs.

On the first floor there are a further 4 bedrooms (1 large ensuite, 1 large, 1 medium, 1 small) and a fully tiled main bathroom.

The house has gas central heating which is topped up via a prepay mechanism. Tenants must share the costs between themselves. 100 euros per tenant is required as an initial contribution to ensure that the gas is topped up for the house prior to arrival on the 1st of September.

Electricity is topped up via a prepay mechanism. Tenants must share the costs between themselves.

The internet connection is topped up via a prepay mechanism. Tenants must share the costs between themselves.

NOTE:

The full academic year contract duration is move in on the 1st September 2025, move out on or before the 31st May 2026.

The first semester contract duration is move in on the 1st September 2025, move out on or before the 31st Dec 2025.

The second semester contract duration is move in on the 1st January 2026, move out on or before the 31st May 2026.

All bedrooms are strictly for single person occupancy.

The house is not for rent to groups, just individuals. Apply as individuals only. Group applications will be ignored.
 

The following steps are required in full to secure a room:

1) 1st months rent is paid
2) Deposit is paid
3) The contract is signed
