House Rules
Normal house rules apply. As you live besides your landlord these are customary rules in order to keep good neighbourly relations. Please remove shoes inside. Carpets are new etc. No eating in bedrooms. No additional house guests. No parties or events. No noise after 11pm. Do not engage in any antisocial behaviour. No drugs will be tolerated. Engagement in antisocial behaviour or drugs will result in instant eviction. Secure premises before leaving. Utilities are included. Rubbish must be seperated & put into bins; recycling, compost & general. You are responsible for disposal of glass and regular cleaning. (vacuum, mop etc supplied). Rubbish to be taken to bin diposal area regularly. No washing dishes in the bathroom sink. No vaping indoors. Windows to be open daily to air the place and let out cooking smells/ steam from shower. Please also open blinds / curtains in the day time. The property is not overlooked. Only toilet paper to be placed in toilet. Do not place any other items in the toilet / sink or it will block plumbing. Any blockages caused by the tenants will be at the tenants expense. No cooking of strong spices, fish etc. When cooking oily food, please open the french doors. Use extractor when showering. Turn off lights etc when not using rooms. Use cleaning products provided to avoid build up of limescale on tiles, toilet, glass etc.
Security deposit of 1 months rent is required. This will be returned on vacting the property and when property is returned in the same condition it was taken in.
