This property is located in a quiet area a 4 minute drive from Killaloe and would suit a post graduate student with their own car or an academic staff member with their own car. Killaloe is a lovely area with a lot to offer. The property is a 15 minute drive to Guiloge 15km away via R463 (old Burlington factory), parking is available there and then it's a just a 2km walk/cycle to UL. There isn't heavy traffic/delays on the drive to Guiloge even at peak commuter times which make the property convenient to UL in terms of access. 

Public transport is 2.8km from the property along a country road (no footpath it's a 35 minute walk or 7 minute cycle). Having your own car is essential, Killaloe (4 minute drive) and Ballina (which is just across the bridge) are very well served with Bus Éireann buses providing an excellent service to Limerick.Bus route 323 goes regularly from Ballina church bus stop into UL and is very poplar with people working or studying in UL. The Ballina church bus stop is 3.9km from the accomodation. 

Ballina is just across the bridge from Killaloe. Bus route 345 goes regularly from St Ann's Killaloe bus stop to Limerick City center and lots of buses go from Limerick to UL.

The St Ann's Killaloe bus stop is 2.8km from the accomodation.

Killaloe has both Aldi and Supervalu supermarkets, and there numerous pubs, cafes, parks, and walks. The University of Limerick and the University Hospital Limerick are accessible in approximately a 25-minute drive via M7 or R445 by car, depending on traffic and TUS is approximately a twenty-two-minute drive via R463 from the property.
