A bright, very spacious, and fully furnished large double bedroom is available for the academic year on a Monday to Friday basis only (Sunday evening/Monday morning to Friday afternoon).

Located in a quiet residential area in Croom, this home is an ideal base for a focused student looking for a peaceful, clean place to study. Croom offers excellent commuter bus services.
What is Included:
The Bedroom: Large double bed, large chest of drawers, clothing rails, a dedicated study desk, chair, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Bathroom: Access to a shared main bathroom.
Bills Included: All utility bills are included in the weekly rent (heating, electricity, high-speed broadband, and bins).
Kitchen Use: Light kitchen access is provided (use of the microwave, kettle, toaster, and dedicated shelf space in the fridge and pantry). Please note this is a self-catering room-only arrangement.
House Dynamics & Privacy:
This is a quiet, owner-occupied home.
House Rules: No overnight guests, no smoking or vaping in the house or garden, and no parties. The house is strictly private at weekends as the student returns home. Must clean up after yourself.
Price: €150 per week (All bills included)
Deposit: 4 weeks' rent required as a security deposit.
Availability: September 2026 for the full academic year.
Weekend: Occasional weekends available upon request at an agreed fee
Ideally suits someone who can drive but bus links from Croom also closeby. About a 25 minute drive to U.L.
Croom is a lovely town with large local spar, cafe (Hook and Ladder), park, pubs with in 5 minutes walk.
