Student Property Details

I have two private rooms recently rennovated with a shared shower/bathroom available for 2 students - 1 student per room. The other bedrooms are occupied by me (host - women) and my son Sean who is 11. We are genuine and easy going. The student rooms are upstairs, and there is a beautiful view out to the back garden, fields and galtee mountains. Each room has a double bed, clean quality mattress, a desk, office chair and clothing storage.

The house is detached. Front gardens are available for student use, back garden is for private family use. There is a bus stop directly across the road from the house and the bus goes to cities and towns regularily. We are also on the train line - a 5 minute walk on a residential pathway, which has regular connections to all towns and cities. If you have your own transport it is a 25 minute drive to Limerick City, Clonmel Town, Thurlas town etc. There is free parking on the property. The house is alarmed by phonewatch and you will be given your own fob. I also have a security doorbell / camera. All smoke alarms, carbon minoxide alarms are regulary checked. Phonewatch are very dependable in the event of a security or fire need. The house is well insulated with oil central heating, and I keep the stove rolling in the cold months.

We live in a village called Limerick Junction, also know as Ballykisteen. The house is situated on the main N24 road. Your bedrooms are to the back of the house so your peace will not be affected, and the windows are modern double glazed. This home is clean, comfortable and a zen space. We like our peaceful enjoyment of our home and we would want the same for you. We will respect your independence and privacy, but are also there to support you as our relationship develops. I am a qulaifed Social Care Worker with a masters in Arts and my application is in process for a PHD. I am Alternatively educating my son at home and in the community as he has very mild neurodivergence and has taken a year out before secondary school next year to focus on specialised areas of study. He is a cool dude, and full of love. There is a restaurant a few doors down that do nice take aways or a sit in, with a youthful atmosphere. They serve nice coffees and food. The hotel is walking distance on a pathway, 5 mins and it is an active golf course, leisure centre, gym. The local town is a 2 minute drive or bus ride for all amentities - well known supermarkets, nice cafes, sports centres, sport and culture clubs, cinema, etc. 

There is high speed unlimited fibre broadband with a boosterbox in your bedroom to maintain good connectivity and speeds. All utiliities are included in the rental cost. There is a kitchen to be shared by all of us. The washing machine is in the kitchen.There is a washing machine in the kitchen and 2 clothes horses on the landing up stairs where your clothes will dry in the heat of the home.
