5 mins walk to the gate of the University. 10 mins walk to Spar. 15 mins walk to Lidl and Supervalu.

May suit a final year or Erasmus students.

Pricing:

* Small bedroom downstairs - 560 EUR/month.
* Small bedroom upstairs - 660 EUR/month.
* Large bedroom downstairs - 725 EUR/month.
* Large double bedroom (back) - 725 euro/month.
* Large bedroom upstairs (front) - 765 euro/month.

Bills not included:

The following bills need to be divided equally and paid by the tenants.

- Electricity
- Gas heating
- Broadband

Bills included: 

- TV license
- Bins (fair usage only within default weight limits)

The following steps are required in full to secure a room:

1) Video call or visit to the property.
2) Signing of a tenancy agreement.
3) Deposit + first month rent paid + 450 EUR initial contribution to energy bills.

Initial Contribution (full academic year):

- Gas: 250 EUR per person
- Electricity: 200 EUR per person

Initial Contribution (single semester):

- Gas: 125 EUR per person
- Electricity: 100 EUR per person

The above contributions are not part of rent and are added as credits to the prepaid meters in advance of moving in. If the credits run out as a result of energy consumption, the tenants are responsible to topup the energy prepaid meters and divide the amount between themselves equally.
