We offer accommodation solutions in a shared and self-catering apartments/houses, fully furnished and serviced for guests over 18 years only. We cater to a diverse range of guests, including individuals and couples, as well as students and workers.
All the common areas and home facilities are shared. Our locations strictly prohibit parties, overnight guests, and smoking. All-inclusive rates and flexible payment conditions are applied.
This property is located by the Thomond Bridge: iconic sites such as King John's Castle and St. Munchin's Church are within easy reach. Public transport is also easily available, with a bus stop only a short walk away, that offers easy access to the remainder of the city. All sorts of amenities, such as local shops, supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants and sporting/tourist attractions, are available in the area. The house consists of three large floors with five spacious and fully equipped bedrooms (beds, desks, chairs, bedside tables, and wardrobes). Guests share a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious back garden, and a very comfortable common area to study or work in. As for services, guests share three bathrooms, a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer and a convenient space in front of the house, in which bicycles can be parked.
Here are the terms and conditions applied - ALL BILLS AND FACILITIES INCLUDED (*):
Option 1: The standard weekly rate for a single room is 215 euro (1 occupant, 1 bed for individual use)
Option 2: The standard weekly rate for a full double/twin room is 360 euro in total (if 2 occupants sharing, 2 separate beds) (**)
Rent is charged every 4 weeks
A minimum stay is 4 weeks, and the maximum stay is 12 months (or a longer fixed term for academic students)
The minimum check-out notice is 4 weeks
The standard booking fee is 150 euro per person (***)
A security deposit of €500 per person is required
Check-in is only permitted if payment of the security deposit is completed by the move-in date.
(*) All the bills are included in the weekly rate. However, the energy costs are monitored every month. Any unreasonable excess of electricity usage will be spread among the occupants and added to the rental.
(**) Twin or double rooms must be booked in full by an individual or two friends; we do not offer separate spaces within the room. Both renters are responsible for the full weekly rate.
(***) The booking fee is paid every six months of stay in case of a renewal agreement. This fee includes administration, assistance and maintenance costs, and your RTB registration.
