The property in Oakleigh Wood, Dooradoyle (Limerick) is located in a very nice residential area close to the University Hospital Limerick and the Raheen Business Park (https://maps.app.goo.gl/7MgGReiiDvLuyeU4A).
Public transport is easily available, with a bus stop only a short walk away, offering easy access to the remainder of the city (15/20 minutes to the city centre). All sorts of amenities, such as supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants, sporting/tourist attractions, and shopping centres are available in the area.
The modern and recently refurbished apartment consists of two large floors with four spacious and fully equipped bedrooms (beds, desks, chairs, bedside tables, and wardrobes). Guests share a fully equipped kitchen, a large and bright living room with a dining corner, a spacious balcony. The estate is full of green areas and very quiet.
As for services, the apartment is equipped with 3 bathrooms (electric showers), washing machine and dryer.
All rooms are furnished with extra beds, bed linens, desks, and chairs. This is a very recent acquisition; the photos will be updated on our website as soon as possible.
Here are the terms and conditions applied:

Bills&Utilities contribution is 25 euro/week per person (**)
Rent is charged every 4 weeks
A minimum stay is 4 weeks, and the maximum stay is 6 months (or a longer fixed term for academic students)
The minimum check-out notice is 4 weeks
The rental agreement must start not later than the 7th of January 2026
A security deposit equal to 4 weeks of rent per person is required.

The twin or double room is rented as a single unit, not on a per-bed basis. QuickGalway is not responsible for replacing tenants during the tenancy period. If a tenant leaves prematurely, the full weekly rent remains due, and all tenants and guarantor form signatories are jointly responsible for paying the entire amount.

Electricity usage will be monitored monthly. In the event of unreasonable excess energy consumption, any additional cost will be divided among all occupants at that time and added to the rental payment.
