There isn't heavy traffic/delays on the drive to Guiloge even at peak commuter times.

Public transport is 2.8km from the property along a country road (no footpath it's a 35 minute walk or 7 minute cycle). Having your own mode of transport would be desirable. Killaloe and Ballina (which is just across the bridge) are very well served with Bus Éireann buses providing an excellent service to Limerick. Killaloe has both Aldi and Supervalu supermarkets, and there numerous pubs, cafes, parks, and walks. The University of Limerick and the University Hospital Limerick are accessible in approximately a 25-minute drive by car, depending on traffic and TUS is approximately a twenty-two-minute drive from the property. Mainly flat cycle lanes go from Killaloe to UL/Castletroy via new Killaloe Bridge and Birdhill approx 25km.
