Seven minutes walk to city center. Close to bus routes that service the city (15 minutes from UL).

Suitable for undergraduate students, masters or overseas Students who wish to study in Limerick city for up to a 12 month period (minimum rental period 10 months)

 Bedroom one contains two single beds with ensuite.  Bedroom two contains two seperate double beds with full access to the main bathroom.

Kitchen includes fridge, electric cooker and hob, Washer/dryer, microwave. Kitchen dinnerware and utensiles provided.Bin collection included.Car parking available if required.

Electricity not included in the rent and must be paid seperately by the tenants (Pre-pay electricity can be paid as required by an app.)

Apartment available from the 6th of August, monthly rental charge per student, per month is 500 euros (10 months minimum contract). WIFI is not included and a monthly WIFI contract must be organised by the tenants.

Bin collection is free.

There is a parking permit for one car in the apartment complex  and any other cars can be parked on a reduced weekly rate at the Corbally carpark secured building a short distance away.
