House is in a beautiful location a short walk from Killaloe - cafes, pubs, shops, restaurants and other amenities. There is an Aldi, Centra, Supervalu, a bank and other shops/cafes/restaurants etc. in the immediate locality.  Student(s) would have their own bedroom with clothes storage, desk and chair. Student(s) would have full use of a bathroom, with electric shower, on the same floor. Student(s) would also have use of the kitchen. The house is only 25km drive from the University of Limerick. Smoking outside only, no smoking indoors. Fully equipped gym in house - treadmill, squat/bench rack, Olympic bar and plates, plate loaded cable pulley system and adjustable dumbells. No couples/partners permitted.

This is a 5 day letting - Sunday to Friday. A 7 day letting may be considered if requested. Bills to be discussed.
