Student Property Details

The Guest accommodation two en-suite double bedrooms.  The rooms are fully furnished and cooking facilities are provided.

The Kitchen/Lounge/Dining area will be shared.  There is a large garden and plenty parking. I hope the place will provide a comfortable and peaceful environment to enable you enjoy your time in the area.

The house is in a quiet residential area.  Guests are expected to act responsibly and to take pride in maintaining a clean and respectful living space.

The house

The house is situated about 300 mts. from the River Shannon, where there is a very active rowing club, which is open to new members.  It is approximately 200 mts from the village of Castleconnell, which is within easy commute of Limerick City (9 Kms) and UL (6 Kms).  A regular Public Bus transport service is available.  It is about 20 minutes commute to UL.  The house and UL are on the same side of Limerick City, which is an important aspect when considering commuting.  There is also a train service from Castleconnell, which services Limerick and Dublin.  The local Castleoaks Hotel has a leisure centre and swimming pool.

I am seeking post graduates who are reading further studies or doing research.  It may also suit a couple waiting to move into their New Home.

To enable us progress and before addressing terms etc, I would appreciate if you would send me your resume and a copy of your Passports or similar ID and state how you propose to finance and guarantee the rent.  State the dates for which you are seeking accommodation. 

The rent for both en-suite bedrooms is €1500 per month.  I hope we can achieve a satisfactory arrangement.
