Hello, I have one room to rent in my home that would suit a mature student returning to do a degree or someone who is returning to university to do a masters or PhD program.The room itself is large room, newly painted and with a new bed and mattress provided. Also a wardrobe for clothes and desk for studying is also be provided. You will also have your own private bathroom and shower. The monthly rent is €750 with a deposit paid upfront. The rent covers ; the room itself, electricity and gas,internet and rubbish. My house is 30 minute walk to the University from my front door. There is also a bus stop, which is a 6 minute walk away from the house. This bus stop stops right in the middle of UL by the stables and runs on time and frequently during the college semester. The house is situated in a quiet area of Limerick and is a 20 min walk to the centre of town. Close to Aldi and Parkway shopping centre, two doctors with-in 15 mins of the house.I can guarantee peace and quiet during the semester. Cause I know how important that is for studying.
